Juices for Detox

I have two Breville juicers that I love. One is a citrus juicer and one is a juicer juicer.

The problem that I'm running into is that I just don't like vegetable juices. But maybe I just haven't found the right vegetable yet........

The following juices are going to be my detox juices that I rotate in my diet to cleanse and keep my insides working:

Pineapple juice
Cranberry-Apple-Pear juice
Pomegranate juice
Nectarine juice
Grape juice
Grapefruit juice
Orange juice


Starting Again

Well, I've tried juicing with kale for about 2 weeks, and I'm just not taking to it. So I'm rethinking my juicing and how to get greens into my diet by eating them instead of drinking them.

Plus, I need to be organized in terms of what I'm going to eat and how I'm going to exercise. It's far too easy to get discouraged, and just end up curled up in a ball doing nothing.

Physical Activity:
Wednesday - Rebound - 5 minutes
Thursday - Rebound - 7 minutes
Friday - Rebound - 10 minutes
Saturday - Rebound 10 minutes, swim 30 minutes
Sunday - Rebound 10 minutes
